Frequently asked questions
How do I know which jurisdiction is right for me?
The right jurisdiction depends on four factors: where your clients are (drives entity credibility requirements), what currency you invoice in (drives banking needs), your tax goals (drives jurisdiction tax treatment), and whether you need residency (drives visa eligibility). We offer a free initial consultation to help you map these factors before committing.
Can I form multiple entities in different countries?
Yes. Many international businesses use a two-entity or multi-entity structure - for example, a Delaware holding company with a Singapore operating subsidiary. We can form multiple entities concurrently to reduce total setup time.
What is the fastest jurisdiction to set up in?
The UK is the fastest: a UK Ltd can be incorporated within 24 hours via Companies House. Delaware LLC formation is typically approved within 24 hours. Singapore takes 1–3 days. Hong Kong takes 5–7 days. UAE free zones take 3–10 days depending on the free zone.
Do I need a local director or registered address?
Most jurisdictions require at least a registered address (or registered agent) in the jurisdiction. Singapore additionally requires a locally resident director. UAE free zones require a registered presence in the free zone. UK and Delaware/Wyoming LLCs do not require a local director - registered office/agent is sufficient.
