What does the search cover?
The standard search covers one mark, one selected market, and one class, with preliminary database screening and written findings. It is not a legal opinion or a guarantee that an application will register.
Can I use the search fee toward a filing?
The net paid search fee, up to $299, can be credited once against a subsequent initial filing for the same applicant, mark, and market purchased within 90 days of search completion. It cannot reduce official fees and does not transfer to a different mark, market, or applicant.
What is included in the UK filing package?
The standard package covers one applicant, one mark, one class, routine filing-partner work, and required representation for the approved UK route. The UK standard online reference fee is GBP 205 for the first class and GBP 60 for each additional class. Official fees are separate.
Does filing mean the trademark is registered?
No. We provide the approved application details, filing reference, routine case updates, and registration evidence if the relevant authority registers the mark. Authority decisions and substantive objections are outside our control and separately quoted when needed.
