The DTV allows a 180-day stay per entry, with the ability to extend once for an additional 180 days.
Can I work for a Thai company on a DTV?
No. The DTV is for remote work for foreign employers only. Working for a Thai company requires a work permit.
What is 90-day reporting?
Thai Immigration's general rule requires a foreigner staying in Thailand continuously for more than 90 days to notify immigration using TM.47, subject to any visa-category exception. This is separate from accommodation notification (TM.30). We provide the listed reminder and guidance service.
Can I bring a family member?
Thai consular DTV guidance lists a spouse and children under 20 as eligible dependent applicants. Each person needs their own application and supporting evidence; a cohabiting partner is not listed as a qualifying category.
