The Annual Return must be filed within 5 months of the financial year end for listed companies, or 7 months for non-listed (private) companies. First AR is due within 18 months of incorporation.
Private companies (Pte Ltd) must hold an AGM or pass a written resolution in lieu of an AGM to approve annual accounts. Small private companies can be exempted from audit.
