What is the best Thailand visa for a digital nomad?
The DTV provides five-year multiple-entry validity and stays of up to 180 days per entry for qualifying applicants. The LTR Work-From-Thailand route additionally tests foreign-employer, income and other BOI conditions; earning over USD 80,000 alone does not establish eligibility. We assess the relevant category before an application.
Do I pay tax in Thailand as a nomad?
A DTV does not itself exempt you from Thai tax. The Thai Revenue Department says foreign-source income earned from 2024 onward while Thai tax resident may be assessable when brought into Thailand, including in a later tax year. Thai-source income has separate rules. We do not provide tax advice; consult a Thai tax advisor before establishing Thai residency.
What is Bangkok like for coworking?
Bangkok has one of the most developed coworking ecosystems in South-East Asia, with hundreds of spaces across districts including Silom, Sukhumvit, Ari, and Ekkamai.
